Our primary mission is to campaign for the establishment of a governing body or regulatory authority to oversee managing agents, as well as better regulation across the industry, ensuring they operate with integrity, professionalism, and in the best interests of those they serve. We strive to protect residents’ rights, promote high standards in housing management, and build stronger, more empowered communities across Sittingbourne and Sheppey.
